SUMMARY:
Professional Services Agreement was executed in February of 2011 with Robinson Noble, Inc for
technical services for design and testing of new wells and the redevelopment of existing wells
These services were utilized for the design and development of contract specifications for Well 13
and Well 14 including technical services during the work on those wells The original technical
services contract included an amount not to exceed $25,000 However, technical services necessary
for the rehabilitation of Well 13, exploration for a new well at the Well 14 site, and ultimately the need
to redevelop the existing Well 14 will exceed the $25,000 limitation Additional groundwater well
technical service fees necessary to complete the work is estimated to be $11,500 Total
Professional Service fees under this modified agreement will not exceed $36,500

This Contract Modification for Professional Services will be paid for through the 2012 Water
Resources maintenance budget
