SUMMARY: Pump Station OB -1 currently has two under performing and high maintenance pumps
in operation out of three total pumps WW Staff recently installed new volutes and impellers on these
two pumps and discovered that the upper motor housings of both pumps will need to be replaced in
the near future at a substantial cost Due to pump reliability issues and rising maintenance costs,
both of these pumps need to be replaced to reduce our exposure to failure
