SUBJECT: Interlocal Agreement with the Study Session Date March 28, 2012

SUMMARY: The Bremerton School District and the City desire to enter into an Interlocal Agreement
to authorize the City to provide project management oversight for the Youth Wellness Center The
City and the Seattle Foundation each provided $25,000 00 to the Kitsap Community Foundation
(KCF) to fund a contract with Exeltech for these services The contract that the City and Seattle
Foundation would enter into with Exeltech defines the deliverables and professional service The
payments will be funded and payable by the KCF

substantially the same terms and conditions as presented
