SUMMARY. The Emergency Management Council started the process to review and update this
Interlocal Agreement The most significant proposed change is to reduce the size of the council from
a nine member board to a five member board The change would eliminate 2 county commissioners,
the Bremerton City Council President, and one Bremerton council member

RECOMMENDED MOTION -
Move to approve the amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between Kitsap County, the cities of
Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Poulsbo for Emergency Management Services
and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented
