SUMMARY: The 11 and Warren Avenue project was not included in the TIP adopted by Council on
October 19, 2011 since all funding was obligated in 2011 for construction in 2012 In early March,
WSDOT indicated they re- evaluated the project and require it to be re- certified to meet Federal
Highway Administration requirements For WSDOT to re- certify the project, the project must be
listed on the City's six year transportation improvement plan in its entirety The requested action
before Council is approval of Resolution No 3l( amending the 2012 — 2017 Six Year
Transportation Improvement Plan
