R E S O L U = I O N
TrHEREAa, it is highly important that any accident
involving personal injury or property damage to persons within
the city limits of the City of Bremerton, which might result
in the filing of claims for damages for such personal injuries
or property damage against the City of Bremerton, shatLld be
investigated as soon as possible after the occurrence of such
accident,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That it shall be the
duty of every city employee who learns of any such accident,
to report the same to the Head of his Department, and it shall
be the duty of the Department Head to immediately make a written
report of such accident to the City Attorney.
BE IT FURT RESOLVED that a supply of appropriate forms
for making such reports of such accidents be kept at all times
in the office of the City Clerk for the convenience of Department
Heads in making such reports.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution
be handed to each of the Department Heads of the City of
Bremerton.
PASSED AND AP PROVED by the City Commission, signed by
two of the three CityCommissioners, and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage, this / 4day of April,1939.
