BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONIMSION OF rME CITY OF
BREMERTON that the regularly appointed, qualified and acting Building
Inspector of the City of Bremerton shall have the following powers
and duties, in addition to the powers and duties specifically
conferred upon or required of him by city ordinance:
1. That the Building Inspector of the City of Bremerton
shall have general supervision over all inspections to be
hereafter made in the City of Bremerton, relating to fire
prevention, electric wiring or appliances, plumbing, steam -
boilers, heating, ventilation, sheet metal work, and health
and sanitation.
2. It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to see
to it that all inspections required to be made by city ordinance,
are timely and properly made, by the persons charged with the
duty and responsibility of making such inspections, or by other
suitable and competent persons.
3. All inspections hereafter made in the City of BrArton
pursuant to city ordinance shall be made under rules and regula-
tions to be promulgated by the Building Inspector, and all
inspectors of the City of Bremerton shall conform with and abide
by such rules and regulations, providing the same do not conflict
, Ai th city ordinances; and providing further that in any and all
cases where a fee is charged for any inspection, payment of such
fee shall be made direct to the City Treasurer by the person
paying such fee.
