R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS it is imperative that the Health and Sanitation
Department of the City of Bremerton, have the use of a cater-
pillar tractor and a master trailbuilder, and the said
Department is now using a certain tractor and trailbuilder,
hereinafter described, which has proven satisfactory in every
respect for the uses and purposes of the said Department,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
of the City of Bremerton that the Mayor and the City Clerk
are authorized and instructed to execute a lease - agreement,
wherein the Western Tractor & Equipment Co., of Seattle,
Washington, is lessor, and the City of Bremerton, is lessee,
under the terms of which the City of Brener ton will lease
One Used "Caterpillar" Tractor, Serial No.2H -1149,
One Used Master Trailbuilder "Y" No.2940,with
Pump #322 -A installed,
at a total rental of $3937.00, to and including the 20th day
of December,1940; which lease shall contain an option to
purchase said trailbuilder and said tractor for the amount
of said rental, which said lease- agreement has been examined
and approved by the City Commission.
