WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has had under con -
struction a municipal garage, the same known as the
Bremerton Municipal Garage, Project No. Wash. 1365 -F,
and the same has been completed, with the exception of
minor adjustments in Contract 1 and receipt of the necess-
ary three (3) year guarantee covering the roll -up doors,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Bremerton hereby aceepts
this work as a completed project under the contract of
construction as heretofore entered into with the except-
ion of the minor adjustments and guarantee as above noted.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this second day
of August, 1939.
