THIS INSTRUMENT made this day of Matk , 2012, by and between
the CITY OF BREMERTON, a Washington municipal corporation of Kitsap County, State of
Washington (hereinafter "Grantor ") and Bremerton Housing Authority (hereinafter "Grantee ")
Grantor for and in consideration of mutual benefits derived and/or other valuable )
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Grantor, does by these presents grant,
convey, release and quit claim forever unto Grantee, its successors and/or assigns, all its right, title
and interest in and to a portion of the storm water easement as shown on, under and upon Lot 1, of
the recorded plat for Bay Vista — Phase 3, as recorded in Volume 33 of the book of plats, Page 94-
98, records of Kitsap County, Washington, and as created in the recorded plat for Bay Vista —
Phase 2, as recorded in Volume 33 of the book of plats, Page 74 -90, records of Kitsap County,
Washington, which is further described as shown in Exhibit A, and a drawing for the same as
Exhibit B
