CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the City
Council Conference Room 603, of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6 th Street,
Bremerton, Washington, Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at 5 00 PM, with Council President
Jim McDonald presiding Council Members present were Eric Younger, Carol Arends, Greg
Wheeler, Roy Runyon, and Leslie Daugs Council Members Adam Brockus, Faye Flemister,
and Nick Wofford were absent Lori Smith, Legislative Assistant was present to provide staff
support
President McDonald emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public, however
there would be no opportunities for input or participation, that no action will be taken, and the
content of these items is subject to change
A MUNICIPAL BUDGETING 101 —Presentation was provided by Becky Hasart, Financial
Services Director (Education and Information Only) No Action
B GENERAL COUNCIL BUSINESS — Council Reports were provided, and General Business
was discussed
With no further business, the Council Study Session was adjourned at 7 10 PM
