SUMMARY: The Bremerton Housing Authority has requested the City to release a portion of a storm
water easement which crosses diagonally across Lot 1 of the plat of Bay Vista — Phase 3 The
easement was created with the plat of Bay Vista — Phase 2 The lot configuration between the two
phases has changed and eliminated the need for this portion of the easement
