SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton created a benefit transportation district (TBD) in February 2009
to address the fiscal needs of performing street preservation and maintenance activities within
Bremerton City limits On December 7, 2011, the TBD enacted a $20 vehicle fee for this purpose
Because the TBD is an independent agency separate from the City, an Interlocal agreement is
needed in order for the City to perform street related projects on behalf of the TBD

Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bremerton and the Bremerton
