1. Public Hearing:
a) Amendment to 21.02.670 BMC relating to exemption of required off-
street parking spaces for existing buildings in NB zones within designated
centers.
b) Amendment to Figure 130 and Figure 140, Title 21 Appendix, BMC,
relating to required setbacks and allowed uses for zero-lot-line Single-unit
Dwellings in the MR zone.
c) Zoning Package #3, proposing 6 new zone chapters for public review,
comment, and recommendation to the City Council to be part of the new Title
20 within the Bremerton Municipal Code: Chapters 20.78 City Core
Residential, 20.80 Master Development, 20.82Neighborhood Business,
20.84Limited Commercial, 20.86 Freeway Corridor, and 20.88 Marine
Industrial.
C. Workshop
Zoning Package #4 Workshop for initial review of draft zoning chapters for

the new Title 20 within the Bremerton Municipal Code: Industrial (I), Industrial
Park (IP), City Utility Lands (CUL), Water Shed (WS), Employment Center
(EC),Institutional (Ist), and BusinessCore (BC); and draft text for the Project
Permits chapter of the Title 20 Zoning Code.
