a. BP03 00178 - Proposed zoning text amendment to BMC 21.02.152 to
revise the parking requirements for redeveloping properties in the DC
and DW zones. (Chris Hugo)
b. BP03 00189 - Proposed zoning text amendment to BMC 21.02.150 to
add criteria for the Director's classification of uses not listed in Figures
120 and 140. (Chris Hugo)
c. Comprehensive Plan - Planning Commission will host a workshop to
discuss the City Services Element of the 2003 Comprehensive Plan
Update. Members of the Coordinating Council, participating planning
committee's, and the general public have been invited to attend (Paul
Rogerson)
