V. PUBLIC MEETING
A. Call to the Public:
Public comments on any item not on tonight’s agenda
B. Public Meeting
1. Low Impact Development presentation offered by John Cambalik, Puget Sound
Action Team, Office of the Governor. Mr. Cambalik will offer a non-technical
overview of the recently-released Puget Sound Low Impact Development Guidance
Manual.
C. Workshop
1. The Commission will review a draft of Zoning Package #3, related to the
implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, incorporating the following zones: City
Core Residential (formerly CCSR), Public Sector Redevelopment Sites,
Neighborhood Business, Limited Commercial, Freeway Corridor, and Marine
Industrial. Draft chapters are available at the meeting, at the city's webpage, and at
DCD offices.
