HomeMy WebLinkAbout02/08/2012 BREMERTON TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING (WORK SESSION) MINUTES Wednesday, February 8, 2012 A Special Meeting for a Work Session of the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District (TBD) was called to order in the Council Conference Room on the 6 Floor of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER 345 6 Street, Bremerton, Washington, Wednesday, February 8, 2012, immediately following the Study Session at approx 6 50 PM, with the Chair of the TBD Board Nick Wofford presiding Board Members present were Eric Younger, Carol Arends, Faye Flemister, Greg Wheeler, Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, Leslie Daugs, and Jim McDonald Also present were City Attorney Roger Lubovich, and Legislative Assistant Lori Smith The following items have been reviewed by the appropriate staff and the TBD Board, no action will be taken during the Special Meeting, and the content of these items is subject to change If approved by the TBD, the item will be placed on the February 15, 2012 TBD Special Meeting Agenda 1 Proposed resolution approving and adopting the 2012 Fiscal Budget for the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District Board Public Hearing 2 Proposed Inter -Local Agreement between the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District and Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) for collection of $20 00 Annual Vehicle Fee General Business 3 Proposed Inter -Local Agreement between the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District and the City of Bremerton for services provided General Business 4 Approve proposed Conflict Waiver for the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District to utilize the City Attorney's Office for legal representation General Business 5 Other General Business of the Bremerton TBD Board (As necessary ) TBD Chair Wofford announced that in addition to the items discussed tonight, elections of a new chair would be on the agenda at the February 15 Special Meeting With no further business, Chair of the TBD Board Nick Wofford adjourned the meeting at 8 00 PM Prepared and Submitted by � e LORI SMITH Legislative Assistant es SHANNON CORIN, Interim City Clerk TBD Board President
