SUMMARY: This public works construction contract is for Park Avenue Plaza Phase II, Fourth
Street East surface improvements to include sidewalks, street, landscaping, lighting and crosswalks

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The estimated contract amount of $750,000 is
budgeted in the new Fund 306 Park Plaza Phase II
