SUMMARY The City entered into a contract with Willis of Seattle, Inc for insurance broker services
in 2003 Since that time, Willis of Seattle has extended its agreement with the City without a rate
increase The proposed amendment extends the agreement for two years at the same rate as
initially negotiated, $25,000 per year
