SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve Phase IV of the Bay Vista Final Plat The
Bay Vista Sub -Are Plan was approved by City Council with Ordinance 5077 on February 25, 2009
Preliminary Plat approval was granted by the Administrative Hearings Examiner on July 9, 2009 for
the subdivision of 82 acres Approvals that have previously been approved are the following
• Existing Phase 1 8 acres, 46 lots on May 5, 2010 (Resolution No 3114), and
• Existing Phase II 20 acres, 24 lots on June 1, 2011 (Resolution No 3148), and
• Existing Phase III - 1 acres, 1 lot on October 19, 2011 (Resolution No 3153), and
• Proposed Phase IV 6 acres, 3 lots
The applicant has met all of the conditions of the Preliminary Plat approval for this phase and
therefore the City Engineer and Community Development Director recommend Final Plat approval
