A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, approving Phase IV of the Bay Vista
Final Plat (File No BP 11- 00054)
WHEREAS, on February 25, 2009 the City Council passed Ordinance No 5077
granting approval of the Bay Vista Sub -Area Plan, and
WHEREAS, On July 9, 2009 the Administrative Hearings Examiner granted Bay
Vista Preliminary Plat approval after holding an open record public hearing to subdivide 82
acres, with associated open space tracts and right -of -ways, and
WHEREAS, On May 5, 2010 the City Council passed Resolution No 3114
granting approval for a portion of Bay Vista known as Bay Vista South Final Plat Phase I for
approximately 8 acres including 46 lots, 5 associated open space tracts, and right -of -ways, and
WHEREAS, On June 1, 2011 the City Council passed Resolution No 3148
granting approval for a portion of Bay Vista known as Bay Vista West Phase II for
approximately 20 acres including 24 lots, 4 associated open space tracts and right -of -ways, and
WHEREAS, On October 19, 2011 the City Council passed Resolution No 3153
granting approval for a portion of Bay Vista known as Phase III for approximately 13 acres for
one lot, and
WHEREAS, Applicant is requesting Final Plat approval of a portion of the Bay
Vista preliminary plat known as the Bay Vista Final Plat Phase IV consisting of approximately 6
acres that includes 3 lots and an open space tract with associated right -of -way, and
WHEREAS, all applicable conditions set forth in the Preliminary Plat approval
have been met and Final Plat approval is requested,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Department of Commumty Development
Director recommend approval of Phase IV of the Bay Vista Final Plat, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION]. Phase IV of Bay Vista Final Plat as represented by the schematic
drawing in Exhibit A (Site Plan Layout) is hereby approved
SECTIONZ The City Council President is hereby authorized to sign the Mylar

SECTION 3. Severabilyy If any one or more sections, subsections, or sentence
of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full force and
effect
SECTION 4. Effective Date This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage
