1. Install up to 115ft of 8" Perma-Liner from manhole located m backyard of house to w�thin 1ft of 8" cleanout at
retaining wall.
2. Reinstate 1 lateral for house that is next door.
3. C.O. Bremerton to provide any clearnng required, traffic control and permits if needed.
4. Cure time could take 12-24 hours.
5. Provide pre and post video inspection.
