SUMMARY: This public works construction contract is for Park Avenue Plaza Fourth Street West
surface improvements in front of the parking garage, theater and Untied Way including sidewalks,
curbs, planting strips, lighting, street resurfacing and stairs

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The estimated contract amount of $400,000 00
is budgeted in the new Fund 306 Park Plaza Phase II
