SUMMARY: This public works construction contract is for alley improvements to include trenching
for utilities and storm drains, paving and finishing amenities as part of the Park Avenue Plaza Phase
II project

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The estimated contract amount of $300,000 00
is budgeted in the new Fund 306 Park Plaza Phase II
