SUMMARY: The Bremerton City Council adopted the 2011 Annual City Budget by Ordinance No
5133 on December 1, 2010 and amended the 2011 Annual City Budget by Ordinance No 5153 on
July 6, 2011 Subsequently, certain actions have been taken and conditions have changed which
have an impact on the final 2011 Annual Budget, resulting in the need to amend it
