SUMMARY: Bids were opened for the Reservoir 4 Maintenance Cleaning & Inspection
project on Tuesday December 6, 2011 A total of 3 bid(s) were received The lowest responsive bid
was from H2O Solutions, LLC, with a bid amount of $23,729 10, including Washington State Sales
Tax This project involves cleaning, removing debris, and inspecting the Reservoir 4 interior liner and
floating cover

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) This project is funded through the 2011 Water
Maintenance budget The total engineer's estimate is $50,000

Move to approve the contract award to H O Solutions, LLC, in the amount of $23,729 10 including
Washington State Sales Tax and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented
