SUMMARY: Olympic College has initiated the vacation of Broadway Avenue from 13 Street to 16
Street The City requested a traffic analysis from the College to evaluate the area, and to determine
what improvement needed to be made to Broadway Avenue to reduce non - college vehicles using the
area This study was performed by Parametrix, Inc in April 2010 The suggested improvement is to
vacate Broadway Avenue and construct a new signal at 13 and Warren for access to Warren
Avenue
