SUMMARY: The purpose of the Agreement is to provide a thorough, professional, high quality
investigation and to ensure the impartiality of the enquiry and /or completeness of an investigation It
is intended to create a team of investigators who can be called upon by any of the member
jurisdictions to investigate mayor incidents of criminal activity or of significant investigative complexity
ATTACHMENTS: Mutual Aid Agreement referred to as Kitsap County Investigative Response
Team, "KCIRT"

Move to approve the Mutual Aid Agreement for mutual aid response between the participating Kitsap
County law enforcement agencies and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement
with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented
