SUMMARY: Park Avenue Plaza Phase II (EDA funding with matching funds) work for six sub - category
scopes of work are out to bid for the following
A Fourth Street West, United Way easement Trenching (PSE Phase A) - estimate $140,000 This work is for
the utility trenching from the 4 Park intersection to the east side of United Way then south to the alley edge
for undergroundin the alley utilities that service United Way (Schedule 74 work)
B Park e/4 St and Park Ave intersection - estimate $475,000 This scope of work includes new
sidewalks, planting strips, pavers, asphalt paving, street lighting, bulb outs and the raised granite compass and
anchor intersection at the comer of 4" St. and Park Ave
C Park Ave Plaza, Brick Veneer Installation - estimate $105,000 This work scope is for the brick veneer on
the Burwell Street side of the above grade parking garage The work is east of the SeeFdm Cinema
D Park Avenue Plaza Park, Steel Filter Screening -estimate $65,000 This work scope is the in -fill parking
garage steel filter screening for the two above grade levels of the Park Ave Plaza Parking Garage fronting
Burwe St east of the SeeFd
E Fourth Street Sewer Linin Estimate $175,000 This scope of work is to One the interior of the dilapidated,
old sewer line extending on 4' St from Pacific Ave to Park Avenue The work will be done before, and in
antics ation of street scaping this same area
ark Ave Plaza Planter/Burwell - estimate $30,000 This scope of work is for the construction of planters
for trees and grasses located on the Park Ave Plaza Parking Garage site, facing Burwell, east of the SeeFdm
Cinema and between the existing sidewalk and the parking garage

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The necessary funds and program have been
previously approved by the Council and appropriated in Park Avenue Plaza Phase II (EDA funding
