SUMMARY: The proposed Interlocal Agreement is for the City of Bremerton & Kitsap County to
provide mutual aid in the processing of the biosolids from their respective wastewater treatment
plants, as the need may arise
ATTACHMENTS: Interlocal Agreement KC 450 -11
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) There is no budget impact for this agreement The
attached ILA does not commit the city to any fiscal impact unless we request services from Kitsap County The
ILA does allow that we can request an estimate for the services prior to commitment, which would allow us to
confirm that the costs can be absorbed within our existing budget authority

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to appro Interlocal Agreement KC 450 -11 between Kitsap
County and the City of Bremerton and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement
