SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday, September 14, 2011
A Special Meeting of the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District (TBD) was called to order in
the Council Conference Room on the 6"' Floor of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6 t '
Street, Bremerton, Washington, Wednesday, September 14, 2011, immediately following the
Study Session at approx 6 30 PM, with the Chair of the TBD Board Nick Wofford presiding
Board Members present were Will Maupin, Carol Arends, Dianne Robinson, Greg Wheeler, Roy
Runyon, Adam Brockus, Cecil McConnell, and Jim McDonald Also present were City Attorney
Roger Lubovich, City Clerk Carol Etgen, and Legislative Assistant Lori Smith
Members of the Board provided comments and discussed the current lack of possible options
for funding transportation projects
Transportation Benefit District (TBD) Board President Nick Wofford asked that a Special TBD
Meeting be called on Wednesday, September 21 immediately following the Council Meeting to
1) Elect new TBD Officers, and 2) Approve or Disapprove of a $15 Car Tab Fee as proposed by
Council Member Roy Runyon [The meeting on September 21 was ultimately cancelled ]
With no further business, Chair of the TBD Board Nick Wofford adjourned the meeting at 7 00
