November 21, 2011
The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the First
Floor Meeting Chambers of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Monday, November 21, 2011, at 4 00 PM, with Council President Will Maupin
presiding Council Members present were Nick Wofford, Carol Arends, Dianne Robinson, Greg
Wheeler, Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, Cecil McConnell, and Jim McDonald Legislative
Assistant Lori Smith was present to provide staff support
President Maupin emphasized that the Special Meeting was open to the public, however there
would be no opportunities for input or participation, and that no action will be taken
1 Exempt Closed Session — Under RCW 42 30 140(4)(b), an update was provided on
"Labor Negotiations and Proceedings"
2 Budget Workshop — Continued discussion was held regarding the City of Bremerton
2012 Proposed Budget, including proposals for changes
With no further business, President Maupin adjourned the Special Meeting at approximately
815 PM
