SUMMARY: This contract is for labor and materials provided by Puget Sound Energy in order to
perform the overhead to underground conversion work for the 4 th Street alley conversion This work
will convert the existing overhead electrical distribution system to underground facilities in the alley
between Burwell and 4 th from Park to Pacific, as part of the Park Avenue Plaza Phase II project
The cost of this electrical conversion project is shared with Puget Sound Energy The amount to be
contracted (City's portion) is $156,218 00

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) This contract amount of $156,218 00 is
budgeted in the new Fund 306 Park Plaza Phase II
