SUMMARY: The Bremerton Municipal Court is seeking to renew the contract with Kitsap Community
Resources to continue to provide community service supervision for 2012 — 2013 This Professional
Services Agreement with KCR provides supervision, organization and reporting to the court for
defendants assigned to perform community service as part of their sentencing or for fines The
compensation will be $18,675 00 per year for 2012 and 2013 This amount is the same as in the
previous contract Budget expenditures will be 1/12 of the budget each month for each contract
year
