BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bremerton, that the sum of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00)
Dollars, in the hands of the City Treasurer, same being the
proceeds of the sale of special Water Revenue Bonds issued pursuant
to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1249 of the City of Bremerton,
be transfered into a fund to be known as the "Mater Works
Construction Fund" which said fund the City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to set up and establish.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the
City of Bremerton is hereby authorized and directed to draw warrants
on the said fund in conformance with the provisions of law and the
provisions of said Ordinance 1249 of the City of Bremerton,
and the City Treasurer of the City of Bremerton is hereby
authorized and directed to pay such warrants.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and attested by the Clerk
in authentication of such passage, this /L of September,
1939.
