WHEREAS, it has been made necessary by the removal of
the City Fire Department from the city hall to the new fire
station, to remodel the city hall of the City of Bremerton, and
tentative plans for such remodeling have been drawn but have not
been approved, and it is necessary and advisable that the City of
Bremerton employ an architect to plan and supervise the necessary
repairs, alteration and construction work, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that Robert H. Goss be employed as
architect, with the duty and responsibility of drawing plans
and generally supervising the work of repairing and altering
the city hall of the City of Bremerton.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Robert H.Goss,
architect, shall be responsible to and shall follow the directions
of the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, or a majority
thereof, in connection with his duties as such architect.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage, this /6� day of Sept tuber, 1939.
