RESOLUTIONS r
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton, that the City Building Inspector, in construing
the provisions of Ordinance No.1296, commonly known as the
"House Mover's Ordinance," shall not consider small structures
or residence garages not exceeding 200 Square feet of floor
area, which can be moved over the streets upon trucks or other
wheeled vehicles, without interferring with street wiring or
obstructing traffic, as - buildings or parts of
buildings, under the provisions of said ordinance, and the
City Building Inspector is hereby authorized and directed to
allow the moving of such small structures, after the same have
been examined and approved by the Building Inspector and after
a building permit, the fee for which is $5.00 in each instance,
bas been issued for the placing of such structures in their
new locations.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor, and attested by City Clerk in
authentication of such passage t ay of October,1939.
