RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton that the following described property deeded to the
City of Bremerton for public use, be and the same is hereby
accepted as and declared to be a part of the City street system
of the City of Bremerton as an extension of Scott Avenue:
The West 50 feet of the East 250 feet of Lot 2, Block 2,
Decatur Acre Tracts, Kitsap County, Washington,
Part of Lot 3, Block 2, Decatur Acre Tracts,
described as follows: Beginning 200 feet West of
the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, thence West 50 feet;
thence South 142 feet; thence East 50 feet; thence
North 142 feet to the point of beginning, Kitsap County,
Washing ton.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bremerton that the following described property deeded to the
City of Bremerton for public use, be and the same is hereby
accepted as and declared to be a part of the City street system
of the City of Bremerton as an extension of Pitt Avenue:
The West 50 feet of the East 117.5 feet of Lot 4, Block 2,
Decatur Acre Tracts, Kitsap County, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage, this 28th day of 0 ber, 1939.
