RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bremerton, that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Bremerton be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a lease on the form prepared by the City Attorney and read to the
City Commission, by and between the City of Bremerton, as lessor,
and Wilkins, Lursen,Inc., a corporation, as lessee, covering
the forty (40) feet of the City Dock at the foot of Second Street
t nearest Washington Avenue, and reserving a rental of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars per month for a period of two (2) years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a full and complete
legal description of the premises to be leased, shall be
prepared by the City Engineer, with the collaboration of the
Commissioner of Finance, and inserted in the blank space
therefor in said lease.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this02 day of November ,153 9.
