WHEREAS, the following described property belonging
to the City of Bremerton is being used as an alley and it J
is advisable and necessary that said property should be j

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, that the following described
real property:
The East fourteen (14) feet of the following
described tract of property:
Part of the Southwest quarter (SW,) of the
Northwest quarter (NW4) of Section 14,
Township 24 N, R. 1 E.W.M., beginning
999.29 feet East and 410 feet North of the
Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter
of Northwest quarter of said Section 14;
thence West 311.5 feet more or less; thence North
258 feet; thence East 311.5 feet; thence South
258 feet to beginning, Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same is hereby declared to be a public alley
and a part of the street system of the City of Bremerton.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
autheideation of such passage th s 25th day of November,1939. J
