BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY 001RUSSION OF THE CITY OF BREEaRTON:
That it is to the interest of the City of Bremerton that the foll-
owing improvement be made: a thirty inch (30 Culvert be con,
structed from the South Margin of Ninth Street to the Center Line
of Ninth Street, the present City Limits; or the center line of
the Alley between Wycoff and Callow Avenues; said improvement being
necessary to handle flood waters from State Highway No. 21 and
County Roads to the North.
NOW, THEREWORE, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton hereby
makes application requesting the State Highway Department for funds
to the amount of Two Hundred Dollars, ($200.00), to be granted from
the State Gas Tax funds allocated to the City of Bremerton for con-
struction purposes, to be used on the construction of said culvert,
as herein set out.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 26th., day of February, 1938 A. D.
