R E S 0 L U T I 0 N.
THAT, WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is the owner of Lots 12,
Block 5, Bremer °s first addition to the cities of Bremerton and
Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington.
AND, WHEREAS, Eleanor F. Scott is desirous of purchasing the said
Lots and has made offer of $800.00 as full purchase price thereof; the
sum of $$800.00 to be paid in cash.
AND WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton considers
the price and terms above mentioned to be fair and reasonable;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, here-
by empower and direct the Mayor of the City of Bremerton to execu a
warranty deed, embodying the above terms, same to be attested by the
City Clerk.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, SIGNED BY THE MAYOR, AND ATTESTED
BY THE CITY CLERK in authentication of such passage this 21 day of
May, 1938.
