J RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton that the
City Clerk and City Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized and in-
structed to establish a separate fund to be known as LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 179 FUND, this fund to be used by transferring monies from
said fund to the SEWER CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT 1362-D, for such costs as
are incurred in the construction of the NORTH BREMERTON SEWER SYSTEM,
DOCKET NO. W ASH. 1362-D, UNIT 3, including such costs incurred prior
to the ordinance establishing Local Improvement District No. 179.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Commission of the City of Bremerton, resolves
to establish a separate fund to be known as LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 179 FUND, amounting to Fifteen Thousand One Hundred Fifty Three
Dollars ($15 153 .00), for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned. The
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to draw a warrant in the
sum of Fifteen Thousand One Hundred Fifty Three Dollars ($15, 153.00),
on LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 179, payable to the SEWER CONSTRUCTION
ACCOUNT 1362 -D.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 1st
day of June, 1939 A.D.
