RESOLUTION
'Whereas, the assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 177, providing for the assessment to pay the
improvement of Hewitt Avenue from Eleventh Street to
Thirteenth Street, has been filed with the City Clerk of
the City of Bremerton,
Now, they Pore, be it resolved that Saturday, the 20
day of 1938, at 10 o'clock A.M. of said day at
the Commi sion Cambers at the City Hall of the City of
Bremerton be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and
place for the hearing upon said assessment roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of the
time and place of said hearing to all persons who may
desire to object to such assessment roll to make such ob-
jections in writing and file the same with the City Clerk
at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by written
notice to the owner or the reputed owner of the different
properties whose name appears upon said assessment roll,
by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) days
before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner
or reputed owner at the address of such owner as shown on
the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property
described on said list and shall further give notice of
such hearing by publishing such notice at least five (5)
times in the official daily newspaper, the last publica-
tion of which shall be at least fifteen (15) days prior
to the date herein fixed for said hearing. The above
mentioned improvements include clearing, grubbing, grad-
ing, surfacing and construction of sidewalks five (5)
feet wide, together with the doing of any and all other
work in connection therewith.
Passed by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor
and attested by t4e City Clerk in authentication of such
