WHEREAS, the extension of the West Bremerton Storm Sewer from
Sixth Street between Callow and Montgomery Avenues, to Ninth St.
between Callow and Wycoff Avenues is a necessary improvement to
handle storm waters from State Highway No. 21 and county roads
to the North,
THAT, It will be necessary to receive assistance from some other
source than the property owners adjacent to this Street, in order
to construct a 30" storm sewer in accordance with the attached
plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Commission of the City of Bremerton, hereby
maked application requesting the State Highway Department for funds
to the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars, ($1,500.00), to
be granted from the State Gas Tax funds allocated to the City of
Bremerton for construction purposes, to be used on the construction
of the above named storm sewer, as herein set out.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this day of 1938, A.D.
