RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON EMPOWERING THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ESTABLISH AND CREATE ONE -WAY ALLEYS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton as follows:
THAT ALL alleys leading out of Pacific Avenue of the
City of Bremerton, Kitsap County, State of Washington, whether
to the East or to the Feat, are hereby declared to be ones -ray
alleys,, and the traffic shall, lead oft of Pacific Avenue; and
all alleys off of Second Street and Burwell, North through the
alley that runs from Secoid to Fourth Street,, 'and they are also
declared to be one -.way alleys.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all alleys between Wash-
ington Avenue and Pacifio Avenue be and are hereby declared
one -way alleys, and the traffic shall lead Northerly thereon,
and there is nothing, in this resolution that will permit park-
I rg in any alleys except for loading and unloading purposes, and
it is not intended to vary the resolutions therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said alleys shall be
so designated by the Police Department by proper sign placed
at either and of the alleys above described, and after the said
notices have been so posted, travel in any direction other than
Indicated by said sign, is hereby declared to be a violation of
the Traffic Ordinances of the City of Bremerton.
