RESOLUTION
�) WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has heretofore entered into a
Contract of Sale of Lots Two and Three, Block Two, Park Place
Addition to the City of Bremerton, to R. E. Scott, and at the
time of said contract there was located mostly upon said property
an old wooden shack of little value, which rested partly upon
adjoining property owned by the City of Bremerton; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY TFTE CITY COM(1+IISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
that the Commission sell said building and all its right, title
and interest in and to the same to the said R. E. Scott for the
total purchase price of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars, and that the
Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to make, execute and deliver a Bill of Sale of said
building upon the payment of $15.00 for same.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk In authentication of such passage this
11th day of January, 1936.

(�"pl5.00) Dollars in hand paid by R. E. Scott, doe3 hereby sell,
convey and confirm undar the said R. E. Scott thot certain wooden
structure located partially on Lots Two (2) and Three (3). of
Block rt"wo (2) , Park Place Addition to the City of Bremerton, and
partially upon the adjoining property now oTnied by the Ci of
Bremerton, kith full richt in 'the said R. E. Scott to go upon such
adjoining property and remove the said buile'li-litT therefrom.

presents to be signed by its Mayor and attested by its City Clerk
iii pursuance of a Resolution therefor duly passed upon the llth
day of January, 1936.
