tax foreclosure sale, and that at the tirde of such foreclosure sale
there were delinqtuent assessments a(•ainst said property payable to
different loonl 3hiprovement districts in Lhe City of Charleston,
prior to its consolidation with the City of Bremerton; and the City
of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap Country the taxes thereon as by law
provided, and nov has z Treasurer's Deed to :,aid Property; and the
said City of Fr`.rze3rton Is desirous of selling said rroperty

QUIT -CLAIM DEED
rViHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, has fore-
closed upon the hereinafter described property for delinquent taxes
thereon, and the City of Bremerton has unpaid delinquent assessments
upon said property duly levied In different local improvement
districts, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, at its
regular meeting on the lst day of February, 1936, by due and legal
action taken, and by Resolution duly adopted, determined to convey
its interest in and to said property upon the payment to the City of
Bremerton, in the sum of One Hundred Fifty and No /100 ($150.00)
Dollars, and did then and there authorize the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute a deed to said property to Charles A. Schiever, a married
man, on the payment by the said Charles A. Schiever of said sum of
One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars.
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance to said action, the City of
Bremerton, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, by
these presents for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Fifty and No /100 ($150.00) Dollars to it in hand paid, conveys
and quit - claims to Charles A. Schiever, a married man, all of its
right, title and interest in and to the following described real
property, either in its own name or as trustee for different local
improvement districts or the holders of bonds thereof, to -wit:
South one -half (S ") of Lot Sixteen (16), and all of Lot
Seventeen (17), Block Two (2), First Addition to
Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the City of Bremerton, a municipal corpor-
ation of the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, has caused
these presents to be signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk and the seal of said city affixed hereto this 1st day of
February, 1936.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that on this lst day of February, 1936,
before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the State
of Washington, duly commissioned and sworn, personally appeared
J. A. McGillivray and E. J. McCall, to me known to be the Mayor
and City Clerk, respectively, of the City of Bremertoh, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, the individuals who
executed the within and foregoing instrument for and in the name
of the City of Bremerton, and acknowledged to me that they were
duly authorized to execute said instrument for and in the name of
the said City of Bremerton for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and that the seal affixed thereto is the seal of said
City of Bremerton.
