RESOLUTION
Resolution fixing date of hearing on assessment for District
No. 139.
ViTJEREAS the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 139, providing assessments to pay the costs of improving
Pennsylvania Avenue from the ceiiter line of Eighth Street North
to the center line of Eleventh Street; Hewitt Avenue from a
point 40 feet North of the North margin of Sixth Street North
to the center line of Eleventh Street; Eighth Street from the
center line of Roosevelt Avenue East to the center line of
Hewitt Avenue; Ninth Street from a point approximately 60 feet
East of the East margin of Roosevelt Avenue East to the center
line of Hewitt Avenue; Tenth Street from a point approximately
60 East of the East margin of Roosevelt Avenue East to the
center line of Hewitt Avenue; Eleventh Street from a point
approximately 60 feet East of the East margin of Roosevelt
Avenue East to the center line of High Avenue; by laying,
constructing and installing sewers and sewer pipes therein, of
various length and diameter, in accordance with Ordinancy No.

City of Bremerton.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the ��-
day of , 1936, at 10 o'clock A.I�J. of said day, at the
Commission Chambers at the City Hall in the City of Bremerton
be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the
hearing upon said assessment roll, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to give notice of the time and
place of said hearing to ^ all persons who may desire to object
to such assessment roll, to make such objections in writing and
file the same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date herein
fixed for such hearing byPwritten notice to the owner or the
reputed owner of the differe properties whose name appears upon
said assessment roll, by mailing a notice t ereof at least 15
days before the date fixed for such hearing to such owner, or
reputed oyaner, as shown on the tax rolls of tie County Treasurer
for the prooerty described in said assessment roll, and shall
further give notice of such hearing by publishing such notice at
least five times in the official dally newspaper; the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the
date herein fixed for said hearing.
PASSED BY THE CITY C01MIISSION, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 28th day of Iuarch, 1936.
