WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 137, providing for the assessments to pay the cost of
improvement of Warren Avenue between Burwell and Fourth Streets,
and the alley extending through Block 22, Original Twon of
Bremerton, from Warren to Chester Avenues, has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Saturday, the day
of J , 1936, at 10 A.I. of said day, at the Commission
Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the
same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon
said assessment roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place
of said hearing to all persons who may desire to object to such
assessment roll to make such objections in writing and file the
same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such
hearing, by written notice to the owner or the reputed o7Nner of
the different properties whose name appears upon said assessment
roll, by mailing a notice tinereof at least fifteen (15) days
before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner or
reputed owner at the address of such owner as shown on the tax
rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described on said
list acid shall further give notice of such hearing by publishing
such notice at least five (5) times in the official daily news-
paper, the last publication of which shall be at least fifteen (15)
days prior to the date herein fixed for said hearing.
Passed by the City Commission, signed by the 'Playor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
25th day of April, 1936.
